It was simply to focus on returning to polished, unpretentious service.Our aspiration was to reintroduce been-there-ate-that guests to the basics—fresh, local ingredients, prepared to perfection and served with style in an elegant space. If Abacus is the flagship for anything, it’s for epitomizing relaxed, fine dining.
Today, we hold true to our original concept with a reputation for signature menus, extensive wine list and custom-crafted cocktails, plus a James Beard nomination for service. Such a classic romantic atmosphere for birthdays and anniversaries! I went here for my anniversary. It definitely became one of my favorite places to go. The food was excellent, I love & appreciate an open kitchen! Makes me feel better knowing how clean and seeing them prepare my food. This place have the best complementary bread basket I might add!
I got their scallop dish, huge scallops! Just simply amazing. Everything was soooo good
